Didn t much like waiters in the restaurant they were a bit disturbing (they talk to clients much and like they probably talk with their friends). there is a free taxi service to the pier but drivers can be late.In the room air conditioning wasn t working good and one day we went in swimming pool by coming back to our room saw two men fixing our air conditioning so we had to wait for 1 hour in our balcony.We live in beach front and the way to the beach didn t look like on a photo on a hotel s website. The staff is extremely nice and the Chalok restuarant with New Heaven down the road one of the best on Koh Tao - especially the BBQ and seafood is recommendable. The beach is nice and children friendly and you have perfect snorkleling beaches just around the corner and in swimming distance (Freedom Beach and shark Bay - Mr. Loi from KR will show you the sharks).
